Who We Are

We’re Havn Hosting, a short-term rental management team started by owners who got worn out doing it all on their own. Setting up listings, fine-tuning rates, replying to guests, booking cleaners, watching over your place; we take the day-to-day off your plate so you have your time back. Our founders, Lucas, Carissa, Kit, and Jenny, all hold Superhost status on Airbnb and run units that sit inside the site’s top 10%. This company grew straight out of our own hosting years; the methods we use have already been proven on our personal rentals. Langley pulls real short-term rental traffic, and our job is making sure your unit lands its share.

Why We Do This

Our Three Plans

The Essentials: Polished listing build, smart rate setting, earning reports, and direction on strategy. Guest messaging and cleaning stay with you; we handle the upfront work and pricing that decide whether your listing flies or flops from day one.

The Concierge: Everything inside Essentials, then we take over guest replies, review handling, light problem-solving, and calendar matching across booking sites. Cleaning and repairs are still yours; every guest interaction is ours.

The Premier: Truly hands-off. Both prior plans rolled together, with cleaning schedules, supply runs, trades coordination, after-hours problems, and 24/7 guest help layered on top. You watch the deposits land; we run the rest.
